Penlan Cottage Luxury Farmstay Accommodation
Penlan Cottage is a modern country cottage with two large (double) bedrooms accommodating up to six people. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a queen sized bed. It has french doors opening to the "Queensland style" verandah. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a convenient trundle bed.
The spacious combined living and dining area is tastefully yet comfortably furnished.
The fully equipped kitchen/pantry has a selection of
basic supplies such as a range of breakfast cereals, teas, coffees, biscuits, condiments and home made jams and spreads. Provisions for each visit include fresh farm-baked bread, farm fresh eggs from Benbellen farm, yoghurt, orange juice, milk and butter. Guests with special or additional needs can be catered for.
There is a sparkling clean bathroom, separate toilet and laundry with drying and ironing facilities.
A wide double sided verandah gives uninterrupted views of the valley and the northern slopes of the nearby mountain range. There is a barbeque and outdoor table setting for lazy evening meals.
The welcoming ambience of the cottage makes it an ideal spot for burying yourself away from the worries and concerns of "life in the city". Breakfast on the verandah overlooks the scenic panorama and provides a restful, stress-free start to each day of your getaway.
The farm property has gentle rural views and access to good forest walks along the southern range.
Just five kilometers from the Pacific Highway, it is also an ideal location for touring the many local tourism attractions of the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia.
