Nourish your spirit and body with a health retreat in the peaceful natural environment of the Benbellen Farm with health and relaxation exercises, bushwalking, climbs and healthy foods from local produce.
Weekend Health and Relaxation Package
Arrive Friday afternoon/evening for a brief introduction to Benbellen Farm followed by dinner amid relaxed conversation overlooking panoramic views of Hannam Vale.
Rise to a bush walk (optional) followed by Relaxacise stretch exercises and a healthy breakfast.
Then visit some of the local areas of interest: Coorabakh National Park, Koala sanctuary, cruise the Hastings River, the local vineyard and wine tour, the views from the top of North Brother, the many local beaches of the Pacific coast, lunch at the Udder Cow Café or the café at the Macadamia farm at Lorne and finally back to Benbellen for another formal evening meal, a restful evening and leisurely rise before breakfast and the trip back home.

Midweek Health and Relaxation Package
Arrive Sunday, Monday or Tuesday afternoon/evening for a brief introduction to Benbellen Farm followed by dinner amid relaxed conversation overlooking panoramic views of Hannam Vale.
Rise to a bush walk (optional) followed by Relaxacise stretch exercises and a healthy breakfast followed by a visit to some of the local areas of interest: Koala sanctuary, Timbertown, the local vineyard and wine tour, the views from the top of North Brother, the many local beaches of the Pacific coast, lunch at the Udder Cow Café or the café at the Macadamia farm at Lorne and finally back to Benbellen for a meal at a local restaurant (not included in the price).
On the third day rise again to walks and exercises followed by breakfast and more local sights before a final evening meal at Benbellen, a restful evening and leisurely rise before breakfast and the trip back home.
